One way to lower the insurance cost of teen drivers is to get your teen to take a course called “Defensive Driving”. Even though the name of the course sounds like something more suited for race car drivers, it teaches the driver how to avoid wrecks,notice blindspots etc. It’s a great course for any one no matter the age, but especially for new drivers like teenagers.
